House Of Fusion is founded by TJ is a London-based Asian fashion entrepreneur who started her journey three years ago to bring contemporary Asian clothing and jewellery to the community. After experiencing the inconvenience of traveling to East London to purchase her favorite brand, she opened a one-stop-shop in Kent before launching HouseOfFusion.co.uk to serve national clients online.

Meet a woman who started her journey three years ago to bridge the gap in the fashion industry. Based in London, she saw a huge community of Asian professionals who had nowhere to buy up-to-date Asian clothing and jewellery. Driven by this need, she opened a shop, but then COVID hit.

As a wife and mother of three beautiful girls, she understands the importance of independence and passing it on to the next generation. She spent most of her life working for the family business and learned everything she knows from her dad, who is her inspiration.

Growing up, she wore Kyle's Collection, a brand she loved for over 20 years, but had to travel to East London to buy. She found the experience overwhelming, with too many shops and no parking. Determined to offer a better option, she created a one-stop-shop in Kent, providing customers with the same options as London.

Her USP is her after-care and added value. She believes in building relationships with her customers, treating them as friends for life. She loves working with their ideas, bringing them to life with expertise and flair. When you buy from her, you're supporting a small business that cares about making women look and feel their best. I'm thrilled to share my passion for building relationships with both up-and-coming and established brands! As a lover of fashion, I aim to open up more opportunities for collaborations that can help start-ups and established brands grow. My platform is designed to cater to busy Asian females, where they can get everything they need in one place!

During the pandemic, I learned a lot about work-life balance, and I implemented various measures to ensure my staff has the chance to maintain a healthy balance. As a gym-goer myself, I offer my staff the opportunity to fit exercise into their work schedules.

In the past, I've experienced total burnout by working 7 days a week, but I've learned from that experience. I now prioritize my health and spend 5 days a week in-store. But that doesn't mean I want to limit my business to store hours! Shipping Policy 

At HouseOfFusion.co.uk, we make every effort to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Orders are sent out four times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. However, please note that delivery may be delayed on Bank Holiday weekends, due to severe weather conditions, current Covid restrictions, or Royal Mail strikes. Such events may cause some delay in receiving your order.

Postage Costs:

The delivery cost is determined by the weight of your purchased items. Please note that Lehngas & Suits may have a higher delivery cost due to their weight, and we also charge for packaging.

Royal Mail 1st class - This delivery option is not guaranteed next day, and delivery can take between 1-5 working days.

Royal Mail 2nd class - Your order will arrive approximately 3-7 working days from the date of order, but delivery can take up to 10 working days.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact our Boutique during our opening hours to upgrade your delivery by paying extra.

Pick Up In Store:

We now offer a convenient 'Pick Up In Store' option at HouseofFusion.co.uk. You can collect your order in-store or arrange for someone to collect it on your behalf. When collecting in-store, please quote the full name and order number.

Refunds & Exchange Policy:

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for earrings or sets, including earrings, due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you wish to exchange any other item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and email us the details at help@houseoffusion.co.uk. We can provide a refund, exchange, or credit note for returned items.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered. Refunds, exchanges, or credit notes cannot be agreed upon after 14 working days of purchase.

Please refrain from messaging us on social media regarding your exchange as it will not be processed. All customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees, and we recommend using a tracking number as we are not liable for any lost items.

You can exchange for a product of equal or higher value.

FAULTS:

If your item arrives faulty, please report it to us via email at help@houseoffusion.co.uk with pictures of the fault within 48 hours of receiving the item. Do not message us on social media for exchanges as our team cannot process your request. Our team will confirm whether the item can be exchanged via email or phone.

We recommend returning the faulty item with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost items. Any faults reported after 48 hours will not be processed.
