Refunds & Exchange Policy:

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for earrings or sets, including earrings, due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you wish to exchange any other item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and email us the details at help@houseoffusion.co.uk. We can provide a refund, exchange, or credit note for returned items.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered. Refunds, exchanges, or credit notes cannot be agreed upon after 14 working days of purchase.

Please refrain from messaging us on social media regarding your exchange as it will not be processed. All customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees, and we recommend using a tracking number as we are not liable for any lost items.

You can exchange for a product of equal or higher value.

FAULTS:

If your item arrives faulty, please report it to us via email at help@houseoffusion.co.uk with pictures of the fault within 48 hours of receiving the item. Do not message us on social media for exchanges as our team cannot process your request. Our team will confirm whether the item can be exchanged via email or phone.

We recommend returning the faulty item with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost items. Any faults reported after 48 hours will not be processed.
